What you should know about the client
Now not only is it the biggest payment system in Uzbekistan, but also a market leader, which managed to simplify the payment process of millions of customers. Don't mess up with these guys ;)

An app has been created and successfully developed, but something was missing - a miraculous touch of gloss, so we got a task to redesign it. Well, challenge accepted!
What was the task about?
What was the task about?
Market and competitors analysis
So as to get the overall picture about Paynet, form the hypothesis and set the direction for further actions, we carried out the primary research: we analyzed the competitors, highlighted general functions and patterns, came up with typical apps' problems and issues. As a result, we were armed to the teeth.
Based on true users
So as to get the overall picture about Paynet, form the hypothesis and set the direction for further actions, we carried out the primary research: we analyzed the competitors, highlighted general functions and patterns, came up with typical apps' problems and issues. As a result, we were armed to the teeth.
Here not only did we plunged into terrific hospitality atmosphere and that very pilaf, but also conducted a series of interviews with both app and payment system users. By doing this we got the information we needed: hypothesis validity of ours, useful insights and data necessary for interface designing. This trip was totally worth it.
The perks of the target audience. CJM creating.
Using an app it's like riding a bike - pitfalls might be tricky, the wheels are not good enough, your hands lack practising etc. Our task was to make this bike trip as enjoyable as possible.
With having all the puzzles-insights needed, we continued with how a consumer uses the app from the very first moment. It's crucial to provide users with the safest route. We had analyzed each smallest movement, identified "falling" moments and all possible ways of preventing them. Key functions were worked out, prioritized and structurized. By this we managed to draw up the necessary technical documentation on the functionality. Sounds awesome, huh?
UX designing
All our efforts have not passed in vain - we finally were able to draft app structure logically: starting from screens' connection scheme to extended architecture of an app. Now we knew how a user behaves and what scenarious we are to expect and deal with.
Prototyping
We are pixels, each pixel is important, remember? It concerns not only our team, but the projects as well. We came up with highly refined sketchy prototypes so as not to miss a thing. And guess what - we did not. Not 1, not 5, not 20, but 150 screens were created! Holy cow!
Visual design
We follow the latest trends and use them wisely in our projects. So we did chic design in 2 working drafts:
Interesting points
The main screen
Minimalism rocks! Not only is it functional, but also super-comfortable : a user gets a quick access to the main screen with the important and useful info only:
– Cards & personal accounts;
– Swift relatives-and-friends payments;
– Payment transaction history.
